Advaya Black Turmeric (काली हल्दी)

If you have mouth ulcers, peeling inside the mouth, mouth wounds, ulcer-related problems, or mouth cancer:

Take 1 teaspoon of turmeric and add a sip of water. Swish it around the entire mouth like a gargle, then swallow the water. Keep the turmeric in your mouth and go to sleep Twice Day.


यदि आपके मुँह में छाले हैं, मुँह छिल गया है, मुँह में घाव है,अल्सर से जुड़ी समस्या है, या मुँह का कैंसर है।:- दिनमे 2 बार सुबह शाम 1 चम्मच हल्दी लें, उसके ऊपर 1 सिप पानी लें। जैसे गरारे करते हैं वैसे ही हल्दी वाले पानी को पूरे मुँह में अच्छी तरह घुमाएँ और फिर पानी निगल जाए। हल्दी वाला मुँह रखकर सो जाएँ।

cough, cold, and fever:-
Take 3 to 4 teaspoons of coarse white salt and heat it on high flame until it becomes very hot. Once the salt is heated, reduce the flame to low and add 1 teaspoon of black turmeric. Carefully inhale the vapors from the mixture, taking 10 deep breaths through your nose and 10 through your mouth.

खाँसी, जुकाम और कफ :-3–4 चम्मच सफेद नमक लें और इसे तेज आंच पर तब तक गर्म करें जब तक यह बहुत गरम न हो जाए। नमक गरम होने के बाद आंच धीमी कर दें और इसमें 1 चम्मच काली हल्दी डालें। इस मिश्रण से निकलने वाली भाप को सावधानीपूर्वक सूंघें, 10 बार गहरी साँस नाक से और 10 बार मुँह से लें।

For Immunity Booster:- Take 1 teaspoon with water or directly in the morning and evening.

रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए:- सुबह और शाम को 1 चम्मच पानी के साथ या सीधे लें।
